We held our summer meeting on 17th and 18th June at Nailcote Hall, near Birmingham UK.

The presentations are available from day one, but on day two we held an interactive panel session which was not recorded. In due course we will produce a briefing summarising the discussions.

How are fleets approaching car ’ownership’?  What aftersales services are fleets looking for, and how relevant are these for private customers?

What are the real prospects for revenues from digital services and connectivity across the lifecycle of the car?  Will the technology and platform providers in China show the rest of the world the way?
