Richard L. Gruner (MA Hons, BA Hons) is a third-year PhD scholar at the University of Melbourne. Prior to his research he gained extensive industry knowledge in his roles as a media consultant and sales manager in one of Europe’s biggest publishing firms.

His current research is conducted under the supervision of Professor Bryan Lukas (University of Melbourne) and Professor Christian Homburg (University of Mannheim).
