Dr Ingo O Karpen
Research
Ingo completed his PhD at The University of Melbourne and is a lecturer
in Marketing at RMIT University. His primary research interests include strategic
and service marketing with a focus on Service-Dominant Logic and co-crating
value with network partners.
In particular his awarded research on Service-Dominant Logic, with its emphasis
on collaborative interactions of automotive market players for the joint betterment,
has attracted academic and practitioner interest alike.
Prior to his academic career, Ingo was focussing as a consultant on customer
experience management, quality management (EFQM), and performance management
projects with a holistic business system perspective.
