Jean-Pierre Reynier

Jean-Pierre was born in Paris, and is married with 3 children. He studied
at the Ecole Centrale de Paris (mechanical engineering) and the Sorbonne (economics).
Between 1964 and 2003, Jean-Pierre occupied a variety of roles within Renault,
including Analyst and Head of economic studies (long range planning department),
Head of sales programming (sales and marketing), Deputy Head of
logistics (manufacturing), After-sales VP (parts and
service – worldwide), CEO of Oyak-Renault (Turkey), Deputy
VP international operations and Senior VP, benchmarking.
Betwen 1993 and 1996, Jean-Pierre was Secretary General of ACEA, the European
car manufacturers' association in Brussels, and he has also held the post
of VP at the CCFA (Comité des constructeurs français d’automobiles),
the French car manufacturers' association.
Since retiring from Renault in 2003, Jean-Pierre now undertakes consulting
in benchmarking and after-sales, and is an Advisor to the CNISF (improvement
and promotion in engineering education).
