Christophe Guillaneuf Senior Researcher, France Christophe Guillaneuf is a graduate of the University of Paris-IX-Dauphine, and is specialised in small businesses management. He has implemented in the Paris Metropolitan Area a new concept of car maintenance and repair, based on the use of electronic equipment and new technologies. Christophe has set up and managed several independent garages for more than 9 years, and has been as well involved in the implementation of Quality Standards (ISO – Qualicert) in the Automotive After-Sales-sector. Together with Thomas Chieux, he acts as a Senior Researcher for ICDP in France.
